At Rever Collective, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Full-priced items purchased online may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Unless an item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

Once your item has been assessed and approved, any applicable refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

While every item is carefully inspected before dispatch, we understand that faults can occasionally occur.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@evelithgow.com.au. Where possible, a replacement will be arranged. If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or store credits on:

  • Swimwear
  • Earrings
  • Headwear

Sale items are also considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
