We currently ship Australia-wide. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and align with Australia Post rates.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, new collection launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and Australia Post delivery schedules.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we'll happily assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
